But, great sound without great performance is just a gimmick, and we don't do gimmicks. Our free flowing exhausts have essentially none of the restrictive qualities of stock systems. The result? We've see gains of up to 8% over stock exhaust systems after installing a FAB28 exhaust!
All of our exhausts are constructed from the highest quality 304 stainless steel 16 gauge tubing to ensure that you can run your motorcycle like it was meant to be run. Our entire slip-on system for the Harley Pan America is fabricated in our California shop and then carefully assembled by hand and welded by experts to ensure proper fitment. This means that every exhaust that we make is hand inspected to ensure that it meets the high quality standards that we are known for. We designed our Pan America exhausts with one goal in mind, to experience adventure the visceral way it was meant to be.
We source all of our steel from within the United States so you can be sure that the metal being used to fabricate your exhaust is of the quality you expect. Every FAB28 exhaust system is tailor made to fit each bike and its characteristics. Therefore, we do not recommend installing FAB28 systems on bikes they are not intended for. All California customers must fill out the waiver form and return it before we can build and deliver their exhaust system.

Alittle long for manufacturing but now that it’s here, definitely worth the time. Fit and quality are top notch. Looks and sounds amazing.
Ordered the M8 Exhaust for my Lowrider ST. Took me about an hour to install. Plenty of youtube videos to assist in install including one from Fab28. Wish they had installation instructions included in the box or online specific to each model with torque specs, but I was able to call Harley direct for all of that. That being said, the bike sounds badass and I am very stoked on my purchase. Customer service was great, I sent an email and the owner called me directly to reassure me of the quality and speed he's working on to get me dialed in. Thanks again Fab28 team!
It's a good sound. I waited about 3 months, but I'm very satisfied.
First and foremost, when I received the exhaust system and looked at the workmanship and the welds. It left you in aww and only made you wonder how it would sound.
I had my mechanic install the exhaust system along with some other engine goodies, and the Dyno resulted in producing 132 ft-lb @ 2850 rpm’s, and 125 HP @ 5350 rpm’s.
The grunt coming out the canister exhaust sounds gnarly and like how a Harley should sound. It put a smile from one ear to the other and they know when I’m coming down the road.
Adam the shop manager was great to work with and shoot the shit about motorcycles in general. They had some unfortunate challenges to deal with as far as some material supplies, and some equipment going down during production.
In the end FAB28 delivered my exhaust as promised and the wait was well worth it.
If I were to do it over again, I wouldn’t hesitate based on the quality and the Dyno power it’s capable of producing.

Got the exhaust installed on Pan America, sounds great at idle ,but I feel for long rides I feel the loudness of the exhaust could get annoying, would be great to have a silencer.
I am so excited to see this in production!! I had one on my Jack Daniels Challenger, and stupidly when I sold it my best friend I let him keep the exhaust. Been regretting not having my exhaust since that day. Now it doesn't matter. Excellent sound, excellent performance and it is a work of art. My operating temperature was about 175 degrees with the FAB28 vs 185 degrees with stock header, cat and slip-ons. The throttle response is better and the sound is great at idle but sounds like high end performance when you crack it. I can't wait!!

Back in 2016, I purchased a FAB28 exhaust for my Dyna. Due to the superior quality, I ordered another. Words can’t express how exceptional the welds and fabrication are. While I did have to wait twice the current lead time, it was well worth the wait. Do not settle for less!

Sounds great and the quality is amazing.
I have buddies with my same '23 HD RGST; they have HPI, Bassani, and TBR exhausts. None of them sound nearly as throaty or aggressive as my Fab28 M8 Bagger shorty. I installed mine as part of a simple Stage II setup, and I could not be happier with the sound or performance. It absolutely rips. Customer service was A++. It's superbly well made right here in the USA, AND it costs less and ships faster than several other top-tier exhaust systems.
System was not disappointing,, my bike already had cams , throttle body, injectors and slip ons, tune.Exhaust has a great rumble to it definitely smoothed out the power throughout the whole rpm range, have yet to dyno it probably not necessary .
